Returns & Exchanges

Please choose your products carefully and refer to the size guide on our product pages as we do not offer exchanges or returns if you simply change your mind.

If you have ordered the wrong size, we will gladly exchange your item within 30 days of purchase, with these conditions:

  • Postage back to us, and postage for the new product is at your own expense.
  • The product must be received in its original condition unworn, unsoiled, unwashed and in original packaging with any tags attached. Your item will be inspected before an exchange is issued.
  • We do not offer exchange on sale items
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability and may incur extra wait time

We will happily replace or refund any items that are faulty or incorrect, within 30 days of purchase and including return postage. To be eligible for a return on a faulty item, your item must be either unused OR you must be able to show that you have followed our garment care instructions to a reasonable degree (subject to garment inspection).
